We currently deliver “Down the Bayou” (Larose, Cut Off, Galliano, Golden Meadow), Houma, Thibodaux, and any town in between. Our deliveries for these areas are on a set schedule. Please see our Pickup & Delivery page for details.
No, we are not open to walk-ins or order pickups at any time. At the moment we have a schedule for farm pickup only on Tuesday between 5pm-7pm.
Please contact us if this day and time cannot work for you and we will try our best to schedule a pickup appointment for you.

All of our chickens are processed on our farm in our state-inspected processing facility. You can order the chickens whole or by the cut. All meat comes frozen in a vacuum-sealed bag to insure freshness.
Our farm falls under Exempt P.L. 90-492 which allows us to raise and process our poultry on the farm and sell directly to customers and restaurants. With this exemption, we do not need to be USDA inspected for poultry. For pork, we send them to a state-inspected plan to be processed. We then receive the meat back vacuum sealed and frozen with our private label.
Right now we are not Certified Organic. Depending on if this becomes a large request from our customers we will look into it.
PLEASE keep in mind, food labeling has become very corrupt. Just because you buy certified organic meat, you are still more than likely buying from a farm factory where the animals never see the light of day and are simply just fed organic feed.
All of our animals are raised on pasture which means they have access to grass, seeds, bugs, and all sorts of natural foods. We do provide a non-antibiotic feed and stay away from anything that has medicines/unnatural products. We provide the feed to ensure our animals are receiving a balanced diet due to not being able to receive everything straight from the land.
